jennifer garnerBen Affleck’s mum has reportedly become the latest person to confirm Jennifer Garner’s second pregnancy.

Rumours that the former Alias star began circulating earlier in the month and were confirmed by her former co-star Victor Garber, although Garber has since claimed his comments were taken out of context.

Now Ben’s mum Chris Affleck is said to have confirmed the news at a family wedding. Explaining while neither Ben or Jennifer had attended the East Coast wedding on 12th July, Life & Style magazine quotes her as saying Jennier “wasn’t up for the trip” then, an onlooker explained: “She put her hands on her tummy, patted it gently and gave a huge smile.

“Then she leaned in and said ‘Baby number two!’”

Jennifer and Ben welcomed their first child together, daughter Violet, in December 2006 and have since said they would like another baby at some point. Jennifer is said to be between four and five months along.
