anne hathawayAnne Hathaway’s private journals have reportedly been seized as part of the investigation into her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri.

FBI agents are said to be examining the books as well as other items from Follieri’s Trump Tower home, including photos of him with key political and religious figures, financial and legal documents, jewellery and personal photos of him and Anne.

Anne finished with the businessman just days before he was arrested and charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering. He is now in jail, awaiting trial after failing to secure funds to meet the $21million bail amount.

A friend told the New York Daily News: “Raffaello is doing very badly. He says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.

“Raffaello has been trying to call her all the time [but] she’s changed her numbers so he can’t reach her.”
