Heather Mills’s boyfriend already called ‘Daddy’ by daughter Bea

Less than three months after Paul McCartney and Heather Mills‘ divorce was finalised, Paul is said to be considering asking girlfriend Nancy Shevell to move in with him - and their daughter Beatrice is already calling Heather’s new boyfriend ‘Dad’.

A source told the Mirror that the former Beatle and New York businesswoman Nancy are going to spend most of August together at his holiday home in The Hamptons and will be joined for part of the time by four year old Bea: “This is a significant trip. If they enjoy the month they might start living together.

“And although Heather does not want Bea spending any time around Nancy she has been told by Paul she has no say in it - which did not go down well at all.”

But a second source told the People that Paul is similarly annoyed by the sudden arrival in their lives of Heather’s new boyfriend Jamie Walker.

Heather met Jamie in May while holidaying in Tenerife. She is said to have been attracted for the way he cared for Bea in the hotel’s “kids club” and after going on several dates during the holiday, he flew to the UK to see Heather again then she took him on her £250,000 holiday in the Caribbean last month.

The source explained that while Paul has “no problem” with Heather moving on, he is still “feeling pangs of jealousy and frustration” about the new relationship - particularly Jamie’s instant bond with his daughter: “Bea adores her dad and always talks about him. But she has also formed a real bond with Jamie, who is great fun to be around.

“Heather is really cool about him spending time with her. And a couple of times Bea has called Jamie ‘Daddy’ when they’ve been laughing and joking together.”

“The news another man is playing such a big part in Bea’s life at this impressionable age will hurt Paul. He has to accept Bea will spend time with any partners of Heather’s choice.

“But it’s hard for him to accept because he has no control over who Heather dates. He’s just feeling like any dad would in this situation - slightly displaced.

“Heather’s told anyone who will listen how smitten she is with Jamie. So Paul will have to get used to Jamie being around for a long time yet.”
