Paris Hilton for presidentParis Hilton has filmed a spoof presidential campaign ad after candidate John McCain used her image in one of his own commercials.

The short clip features the socialite sunbathing in a bikini before announcing her plan to run for president because she’s “like, totally ready to lead”.

Wannabe President Hilton presents her own energy plan (”limited offshore drilling with strict environmental oversight while creating tax incentives to get Detroit making hybrid and electric cars”) before suggesting that, if elected, she might paint the White House pink: “I hope that’s cool with you guys.”

While many Hollywood celebrities are coming out in favour of Democratic candidate Barack Obama, Paris has refused to be drawn on who, if anyone, she’ll vote for but her parents Rick and Kathy Hilton are staunch Republican supporters.
