The couple, who are said to be expecting their second child, have bought a new 7bed, 7 bath property in Brentwood, California according to Us Weekly magazine.

The property includes nearly an acre of land, a large pool & pool house and a 3-car garage, and inside the house, there is a brick wine cellar, a library and his and her en-suite bathrooms off the master bedroom. Their new neighbours will include Tobey Maguire and Ricki Lake.

Last month, Ben’s long-time friend Kevin Smith confirmed that the couple were “looking for a bigger house” now that Jennifer was pregnant again and a source told Us Weekly that the sale will be finalised before the baby arrives at the end of the year.

The couple already have a two year old daughter, Violet.
