Paris Hilton’s $6million Las Vegas nightclub plans

After spending most of the last few years at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas, Paris Hilton is reportedly keen to open her own party venue in the city.

A source told the Mirror that the heiress has already invested around $6million of her own and investors cash into the venue: “Paris is determined to make a go of this club. She’s investing a lot of her own money into the project and believes she can make a go of it by roping in all her celeb pals to check it out.

“Paris has already promised her backers that she’ll get them free publicity through one of her reality TV shows. And her name alone is enough to get society kids and celebrities down.

“She sourced the location about four months ago and has already paid for the lease which didn’t come cheap.

“A small fortune is being spent on interior design. Paris wants a classy, decadent feel to the space - but with an animal print motif running throughout. The ladies’ loos will be pink and she’s getting diamante-studded leather sofas and bar stools.

“The idea is to get the club up and running before the end of the year and to host the wildest New Year’s Eve party ever.”

But the socialite, who recently spoofed a presidential campaign message, is said to have hit one snag - the name. The source explained she originally wanted to call it ‘Paris’ but a casino had already beat her to it, and her surname is protected for use with the hotel chain that made her family’s fortune: “The only slight teething problem is she still hasn’t decided on a name after ‘Paris’ was ruled out. She’s now considering The Paris Hilton Nightclub instead.”
