Kelly Rowland (and friends) run up a £196,000 bar bill

Former Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland reportedly racked up a £196,230 bar bill during a 10 hour party in St Tropez on Friday night.

Sources at Amika’s Weekend Takeover report that the singer bought 50 magnums of £3,000 vintage Dom Perignon, 24 bottles of £490 Patron tequila and 10 bottles of £2,000 Louis XIII cognac for everyone at the exclusive venue to enjoy.

One onlooker told the Mirror: “Kelly was the ultimate host and even when the bar bill began to spiral out of control, she refused to close the tab. She had 30 very thirsty pals, so it was always going to be a pretty big night.

“At one point, Kelly started dancing wildly and put on a silly Viking hat, much to the hilarity of everyone.”

U2 frontman Bono also put in an appearance: “Bono arrived quite late and Kelly told him to order whatever he liked. A good night was had by all.”
