John Mayer dumped Jennifer Aniston by text?

John Mayer may think that Jennifer Aniston is smart and lovely but he reportedly dumped her in one of the worst ways possible: by text.

The couple split up earlier this month after around five months of dating after it became clear they had different priorities. The couple are said to have tried a trial separation with John going on holiday to Mexico with friends but while he was away, he decided enough was enough.

A source told the Mirror: “She is so intent on getting married and having children, he felt hemmed in.

“After a 20-minute phone conversation, he just said, ‘I can’t take it any more,’ and hung up. Then he texted, ‘That’s it - the end’.”
