Jodie split from partner of 14 years Cydney in May after a rumoured affair with screenwriter Cindy Mort.

A source told the National Enquirer that the Nim’s Island actress is allowing Cydney to live rent free in one of her property and has planned to give her a six figure alimony payment - but even though they were not married, Cydney could sue for a quarter of Jodie’s estimated $100million fortune.

The source explained: “Cydney still has regular access to Jodie’s two sons Charles and Kit and Jodie wants Cydney and Cindy to be friends.

“Jodie realises that if Cydney perceives them to be one big happy family, she’d never sue for [$25million of] her assets.”
