meg ryanMeg Ryan has said she thinks it’s almost impossible to have both a successful love life and a Hollywood career.

The When Harry Met Sally star was married to Dennis Quaid was ten years but has been largely single since their divorce in 2001.

She told Hello magazine recently: “It’s very difficult to be a career person and have a relationship.

“I didn’t succeed at doing it at all. It’s incredibly hard.

“I think you have to figure out some way of keeping all of those capabilities and requirement in your life in balance.”

But she added that she doesn’t mind too much: “I like my life right now, I really like it. Whatever it’s taken to get here, I appreciate.”
