Vanessa Minnillo: things are still going great with Nick Lachey

Vanessa Minnillo has revealed that things are still going well with boyfriend Nick Lachey.

The former TRL presenter began dating Nick in the summer of 2006, shortly after his divorce from Newlyweds co-star Jessica Simpson was finalised. Two years on, Vanessa is starring in the new spoof Disaster Movie but explained that unlike her character’s boyfriend in the film, Nick didn’t have any problems admitting how he felt about her.

She told People magazine recently: “The L-word is not thrown around by men as easily as it is by women - but I didn’t say it first! He’s very loving. We’re very open and vocal.”

But she added that there is one spot of their lives together that causes friction - their exercise routines: “We used to work out together, but we stopped.

“The guy runs forever! Like, I swear, he’s running 11 miles a day. I can’t run. That’s the one thing I can’t do, because I feel like the further I jog away from my house, the further I have to jog back!”
