Cat DeeleyCat Deeley has revealed she’s still having a great time on the dating circuit in Los Angeles.

Cat, who presents dancing talent show So You Think You Can Dance, in the US explained recently that she prefers men stateside to those in her native Britain: “I’m slowly making my way through American men. I love them!

“They are more chivalrous than Brits - they open doors for me.

“American men are taught by their mums and that makes them mild-mannered.”

And while she’s still looking for Mr Right, at least she knows what she’s looking for in him: “He must be bright, witty and funny. And I like people who can tell great stories and who know things about topics I have no idea about at all - something amazing about art, or law, or wine.

“I don’t want a man to be prettier than me and spend too much time in front of the mirror.

“I like a man in glasses. I’m a big, awful nightmare to deal with. But I wouldn’t say no to an American cowboy.”
