amy winehouse and blake fielder civilAmy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil has reportedly been told he must serve another month of jail time after failing a drugs test.

After his sentencing in July, Blake was expected to be released on 30th December but a source told the People newspaper that he’s been told he’ll have to serve another 28 days in HMP Highpoint in Suffolk after a random drugs test proved positive.

The source added that Amy is “truly heartbroken” at the news: “She has spent all summer trying to get herself clean and wanted Blake home. She is deeply saddened that she will be spending New Year alone.”

Blake was sentenced to 27 months in jail in July for assault and perverting the course of the justice. He had already spent nine months in jail on remand at the time of sentencing.
