Kylie MinogueKylie Minogue has reportedly signed a £2million deal to play two shows in Dubai later this year.

Eclipsing the £1million gigs offered to Mark Ronson, Amy Winehouse and Robbie Williams earlier in the year, the star has been offered the seven figure sum for two gigs in November - the first for just 2000 guests at the opening of a new five star hotel on the city’s artificial Palm Island and the second for 20,000 people at a local shopping centre.

A source close to the organisers said: “She’s a wonderful performer without personal life baggage of someone like Amy. The shows should be amazing.”
