Kate HudsonKate Hudson has confirmed she’s “totally single” after her three month fling with Lance Armstrong ended in July.

But, she told Ellen DeGeneres recently that she gets on well with most of her ex-boyfriends - and especially well with ex-husband Chris Robinson: “It’s such a shame when people let their egos get in the way of what’s the most important thing.

“I feel like a lot of time someone’s pride is affected when a relationship ends.

“For me it feels like this isn’t about me or [Chris]. We did it the right way, which is we knew it wasn’t right [to stay together] so we wanted it to be great for [our four year old son] Ryder and we got a happy, happy boy.

“We love our baby. With both of us working all the time and away and traveling it makes it great for Ryder.”
