Heather MillsHeather Mills is reportedly suing her former publicist Michele Elyzabeth for more than £250,000 for breach of confidence.

Michele represented Heather throughout her divorce from Paul McCartney but after an apparent falling out in July, Michele dubbed Heather an “impossible woman” and said the former model lied about live with Paul in an effort to “destroy” him. Michele also claimed Heather still owed her more than £168,000 in outstanding fees.

According to the Daily Mail, Heather has now launched a High Court Action against Michele for the breach of confidence and for spreading falsehoods about her in the newspaper articles.

The case is being handled by barrister Jonathan Crystal and is expected to be heard before the end of the year.

In March this year, Heather was awarded a £24.3million settlement in the divorce from Paul.
