Melanie BrownMelanie Brown has said that all the stress and palaver around her last pregnancy hasn’t stopped her wanting to have another child.

Spice Girl Mel was just over four months pregnant with daughter Angel when, in November 2006, Eddie Murphy announced their relationship was over via a television interview and also that he doubted he was the father of the child. When Angel arrived in April 2007, the former couple started a bitter exchange of words as DNA tests proved that Eddie was the dad and a child support case began.

However, she told New magazine recently that she wants more children with new husband Stephen Belafonte: “Not right now, because Angel’s only one and we want to enjoy the kids we’ve got.

“But in the future, we plan to have one… or two!”

Mel also has a nine year old daughter, Phoenix, from her previous marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar.
