Gwyneth Paltrow: I really love to cook at home

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed her love of food isn’t just professional - she’s always whipping something up at home too.

Speaking at the launch of her new PBS travelogue/cooking show Spain … On The Road Again, which she stars in with her friend, chef Mario Batali, she told People magazine: “I cook all the meals for my house. I really love to cook.

“Breads and pizzas is what I’m cooking [at the moment] and we all love it.

“We have a wood burning pizza oven in our garden. Right now the weather is nice in London, so I’m using that oven a lot. You can cook anything in there. It’s amazing.”

She’s also introducing her children - four year old daughter Apple and two year old son Moses - to family favourites: “My dad was a famous pancake maker and I’m working on [adapting his] recipe right now. I’m making mine slightly healthier.”

Gwyneth’s mum Blythe Danner added that the Iron Man actress is wonderful in the kitchen: “She never gets flustered. She made duck for my birthday last year and she does it all perfectly.”
