amy winehouseAmy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil has reportedly turned down a second chance to leave jail early because it would mean going straight into rehab.

Last week, Blake is said to have been offered the chance to leave HMP Highpoint in Suffolk three months early on the condition that he went to live with his mum in Nottinghamshire, wore an electronic tag and agreed to a 7pm curfew.

Now prison bosses are said to have offered him the chance to leave jail for rehab - but he’s said no again.

A source told the Sun: “This will be another blow for her. Blake could have gone to rehab and sorted himself out but would rather see out his sentence in prison.

“All he wants is a free reign when he leaves, which means living with Amy back in Camden.

“But if he is turning down these chances to leave jail and get clean, it doesn’t bode well for him and Amy when he finally does get out.”

In July, Blake was sentenced to 27 months in jail for assault and perverting the course of justice but due to time already served, he is scheduled for release around the end of the year.
