Sharon Stone loses physical custody of her son to ex-husband

Sharon Stone has reportedly lost physical custody of her eight year old son Roan.

Court papers released yesterday show that the Basic Instinct star lost custody to her ex-husband Phil Bronstein on 12th September to enable the boy to have a more structured life.

According to the minutes, Roan will remain in San Francisco with his dad as “[Bronstein] can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure, and consistent home that child, Roan, needs.

“The court does not find that [a] move away is in child’s best interest.

“[But Sharon] shall have access to child [and her phone numbers] shall be programmed into the child’s telephone and home phone.”

Sharon and Phil divorced in 2004 after six years of marriage. They shared joint physical and legal custody after the split.
