Travis Barker driving back to Los Angeles, won’t ever fly again

Travis Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler are returning to their home in Los Angeles by bus, after the former Blink 182 drummer was released from a hospital in Augusta, Georgia yesterday.

A spokesperson for the Meet the Barkers stars told the New York Post that the couple are being ferried across the country in a tour bus provided by his former bandmates.

A source added: “He’ll never get in a plane again.”

In related news, Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein attended a memorial service for Travis’ assistant Chris Baker in Los Angeles yesterday. Baker was killed along with security guard Charles Still and two pilots when their private Learjet crashed on take-off in South Carolina last week.

As the sole survivors of the crash, Travis and DJ AM were treated for burns and smoke inhalation before their release from hospital. Travis’ ex-wife Shanna flew in from Los Angeles to be with the musician while DJ AM’s ex-girlfriend Mandy Moore was also spotted arriving in Augusta shortly after the crash.
