Peaches Geldof is a monster, says executive behind her reality show
Peaches Geldof has been branded a “monster” by an executive behind her new fly-on-the-wall show and “sulky” during a photoshoot in a department store, even though she was paid to be there.
Keen to move away from her party girl reputation, Peaches recently filmed a reality show for MTV, showing her guest editing a magazine for a month. However MTV UK’s managing director Heather Jones has said production staff have found it incredibly difficult to portray Peaches in a good - or at least not completely awful - light in the programme.
Heather is quoted in the London Paper as saying: “[Her dad Bob Geldof] founded [the production company] Ten Alps so he had a final say in the content.
“But she’s a monster! Everything that comes out of her mouth is horrendous, and that will still show through.”
The 19 year old socialite, who is said to be planning a move to New York, reportedly walked out of a photo shoot at a House of Fraser store in Ireland after being asked to smile.
Peaches is said to have been paid £5000 to DJ at the reopening of the store in Dundrum but a photographer told the Daily Mail that she refused: “Peaches Geldof played with her wedding ring, sulked, refused to DJ and was very reluctant to pose.”
A snapper added that when an event organiser approached her and asked her to cheer up, Peaches walked away.
