Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson to team up for new tracks
Amy Winehouse is reportedly set to team up with super-producer Mark Ronson again to record a tribute song to music legend Quincy Jones.
The pair worked together on Amy’s hugely successful ‘Back to Black’ album but had a professional falling out earlier this year over their entry for the theme song of the forthcoming James Bond film ‘Quantum of Solace’.
A source told the Mirror: “It’s going to be explosive stuff.
“Amy first met Quincy backstage at the Nelson Mandela gig in Hyde Park in June. He knew who she was and she was so thrilled to meet him.
“Her performance clearly impressed him - he was raving about her. This is just the opportunity she needs to show the world she has still got it.”
Mariah Carey, Usher and John Mayer are also rumoured to be recording tracks for the tribute album.
Do you think Katie Price's marriage to Alex Reid will last?
