Paul McCartney & Nancy ShevellPaul McCartney is reportedly converting his girlfriend Nancy Shevell to vegetarianism and a more liberal outlook.

The couple, who were spotted in Paris last week attending his daughter Stella McCartney’s Fashion Week show, were first linked late last year and Paul recently said that things are “going great” between the two of them.

But a source close to Nancy is quoted as saying that the former Beatle’s ideas are really rubbing off on the New York businesswoman: “Nancy has toned down her super-Republican views and given up her beloved steaks, which shocked us.

“When they travelled around America this summer, they lived on avocado sandwiches and tomato soup. Now Nancy orders veggie food all the time.”

Paul has been a vegetarian since 1975
