amy winehouseAmy Winehouse is reportedly being courted by the Church Of Scientology, who believes they can help her beat her ongoing problems with drugs.

The church claims they’ve helped hundreds of people beat their habits through a three stage process of detox, finishing up with Scientology self-help advice and counselling.

A source close to the singer told the Mirror: “She had a call from the celebrity branch of the Church Of Scientology. She thinks they got her number through one of the American music producers who worked on her Back to Black album.

“They told her they wanted to help her beat drugs and could tailor-make a programme so she wouldn’t have to go to a residential centre.

“She liked that idea because her husband Blake is out of prison soon and wouldn’t want to be away from him when he’s finally freed.”

In related news, another source close to Amy is quoted as saying Amy believes it’s only a matter of time before her nose collapses.

The singer’s drug habits are said to have damaged her brain and lungs, as well as adding to a skin condition, but the source added: “Amy knows that her nose is next to fall apart - she admitted to me that it feels weak at the bone.”

Snorting cocaine and other drugs can weaken the nasal septum, causing the nose to lose its shape. In 2006, British socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson underwent three hours of surgery to repair the damage to her nose after the structure of her nose collapsed following years of cocaine use.
