The pair are rumoured to have been dating since the beginning of the summer and told very similar kissing anecdotes - but have denied there is anything more than friendship between them.

She told TV Guide recently: “I’ve gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year.

“Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we’re not confirming anything.”

However, she’s more than happy to talk about her crush on Shia LaBeouf: “I’ve had a crush on him ever since he was on Even Stevens.

“It’s very far-fetched, but I would love to have Shia on Wizards of Waverly Place.”
