Gemma Arterton reveals she was born with six fingers on each hand

Quantum of Solace Bond-girl Gemma Arterton has revealed she was born with six fingers on each hand.

The actress told Esquire magazine recently that she had the extra digits removed as a child but she still loves the idea of them: “It’s my little oddity that I am really proud of. It makes me different.”

Earlier this year, she revealed she was “born with lots of deformities” but at the time only revealed she was born with a crumpled ear that later needed surgery.
