Lily Allen delighted to be able to tour the US again
Lily Allen has revealed she’s finally been granted a work visa by the US government.
Lily was barred from entering the country in August 2007 because of an outstanding assault case and had to cancel tour dates that autumn.
She visited Los Angeles in June this year on a limited visa to finish recording her new album but speaking at last night’s BMI Awards at the Dorchester Hotel, she revealed she’s now allowed to perform over there too.
She told reporters: “I got my visa today so I’m allowed back.
“It means I can tour America. I can go out there and finish what I started, which is something that I really wanted to do for a very long time. I’m so happy.”

Lily Allen’s limited Visa was based only on the amount of time, she would spend in America. The album delay, has postponed, her touring dates, and the reports of her, being arrested are false.Once again the papers have there facts screwed up
