Lynne Spears: I hope my daughters find their purpose in life

Britney Spears‘ mum Lynne Spears has revealed that she initially “had reservations” about Kevin Federline but now thinks he’s great.

Lynne told The Morning Show this week that she was unsure about the dancer when Britney married him in September 2004 but after the birth of their sons Sean and Jayden in the two subsequent Septembers, she thinks he’s behaved well during the couple’s divorce and Britney’s breakdown.

She explained: “I do like Kevin. He’s been good to us.”

“He’s included [Britney’s father Jamie Spears] and I [in the boys’ lives]. He could have been a real pill about a lot of things, but he wasn’t…

“He worked with us, and I think he’s tried to make things good for the boys.”

She added that she hopes Britney’s wild days are behind her now - and that seventeen year old daughter Jamie Lynn Spears also settles down too now she’s a mum: “I just really hope they find their purpose in life and that it’s really going to fulfill them to their full potential.”
