Vanessa HudgensHigh School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has reportedly bought her first home for $2.75million.

According to the LA Times, the six bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom Tuscan-style property in Studio City had been on the market for $3.3million but given the current economic climate, Vanessa snapped it up for considerably less.

The property includes a pool & spa, waterfalls, a “barbeque island” and a wine cellar - although the 19 year old actress will have to wait until she turns 21 in December next year before she can legally enjoy any tipples stored in there.

Vanessa and co-star Ashley Tisdale are said to have secured “substantial increases” in their salaries to return for the latest movie in the HSM series, the first to be released in cinemas. Due for release in both the UK and US next week, High School Musical 3: Senior Year has already broken records in the amount of pre-booked cinema tickets sold - over 500,000 in the UK alone.
