Following the birth of their third child last month, Mark and fiance Rhea Durham put their Beverly Hills home on the market for $15.9million - and have reportedly already put in an offer on the new eight-bedroom property.

A source close to the couple told Star magazine: “Mark and Rhea suddenly felt their house was too small. Now that they have baby number three, they need a live-in nanny, a live-in cook and a housekeeper to help Rhea.

“He wants space for when family comes to visit. And he’s adamant about the kids all having their own rooms.”
