Ashlee Simpson-Wentz looking “radiant” as birth approaches

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and husband Pete Wentz have been reportedly doing some last minute preparations for their baby’s nursery - and it looks like it won’t be the standard pastel colour and cute bunnies theme.

The couple, who are expecting their first child together next month, were spotted popping into the Every Picture Tells a Story children’s art gallery in Santa Monica, California over the weekend and picked up a delightfully creepy print from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

An onlooker told OK magazine: “Ashlee looked radiant and heavily pregnant.

“She had bright red hair and looked striking. She was very sweet and had a genuine interest in the children’s art on display.”

The couple announced the much rumoured pregnancy shortly after their wedding in May.
