jade goodyKerry Katona has waded into the war of words between Katie Price and Jade Goody.

After Jade gave a series of interviews following her cancer diagnosis in August, Katie (aka glamour model Jordan) said she “can’t believe [Jade] is paid for interviews on subjects that people are really traumatised by. I hope she gets through it all though.”

Jade retaliated saying that Katie had sold similar stories when she was found to have a sarcoma, a small cancerous growth, on her finger in 2002 and anyway “To be honest, I don’t want to comment on her shallow behaviour. I don’t like her, in fact I hate her, I can’t f****** stand her.”

Now Kerry, who was friends with Jordan until the model made critical comments about her now-husband Mark Croft in 2007, has chipped into the argument saying: “Jordan is totally wrong on this one.”

She told the Daily Mail: “Jade has already saved many lives with her tireless charity work and the move she sends that important message of cancer awareness, she deserves nothing but credit.”

A source close to Kerry added: “Kerry called Jade and expressed how horrified she was at Jordan. She’s firmly on her side and thinks Katie’s behaviour was an extremely low blow, to say the least.”

Perhaps not coincidentally, Kerry and Jade both have the same publicist, Max Clifford.
