The Take That star has been a smoker for almost 20 years and is having intensive hypnotherapy to help him quit the habit.

He explained recently: “I was on 15 a day, more when I was working.

“The first two days were the hardest [but] I keep getting angry and snapping for no reason.

“I keep eating too, anything, just so I can put something in my mouth.”

Mark and fiancee Emma Ferguson, already parents to two year old son Elwood, are expecting their second child before the end of the year. Take That’s 2009 stadium tour became the fastest-selling tour in UK history on Friday.
