Jade Goody: I’ll probably marry Jack Tweed when he gets out of jail

Jade Goody has hinted that she’s going to marry on-off boyfriend Jack Tweed when he is released from jail next year.

Last month, the former Big Brother star said she thought it would be “unfair” to marry Jack now, given her hysterectomy in September and her ongoing cancer battle - but now she’s told New magazine: “I love him and he loves me, and we keep going back to each other.

“I met him when he was 18. He was a boy. He’s grown up a lot. I’d say he’s my soulmate.

“We’ve spoken about things in the past, like how he’d like to propose - like people do when they’re together.

“It was reported that he proposed in prison, but God, he would never do that! He has got some class!

“He had a little plan the other day and said it on the phone. I was like, ‘Aw, that’s nice!’ Then he said, ‘But I’ve spoilt it now, so I can’t do that!’”

Jack was sentenced to 18 months in jail at the start of September on an assault charge dating from 2006. Jade was diagnosed with cancer in August and has been given a 50/50 chance of survival.
