Kate Middleton annoyed at Prince William’s intensive training commitments

Kate Middleton was reportedly annoyed that boyfriend Prince William signed up for an intensive 18-month RAF training programme.

The prince, who is second in line to the throne, is set to start the training course with the force’s Search and Rescue Unit in January and according to the Mail on Sunday, Kate was worried about how much they’ll be apart during the period.

A source told the newspaper: “Kate was initially very upset, but William reassured her that she was the most important person to him and that their relationship would remain strong.”

The source added that after a weekend in Balmoral discussing their future: “Kate is now working at [her parent’s company] Party Pieces and is happy to take a back seat while William focuses on getting through his training. He has said his military career has to come first.”

The pair began dating after meeting at the University of St Andrews and are expected to get engaged when William finishes his military training and civilian work experience.
