Britney Spears’ son Jayden released from hospital after allergic reaction

Britney Spears‘ son Jayden has been released from hospital.

The two year old boy was kept at the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center overnight after falling ill during a family get-together in Louisiana on Sunday. Initial reports claimed the boy had had a seizure but now sources close to the family say it was an allergic response to something he ate.

A source explained he was rushed to the medical facility after suffering “a terrible allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy and irritable.” Britney and her mum Lynne Spears stayed with the boy overnight until he was released after observation yesterday evening.

The incident occurred during Britney’s first out-of-state trip with Jayden and his older brother, three year old Sean, since losing shared custody of the boys a year ago.
