Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse has hinted that she spends a lot of time watching The X Factor - and she doesn’t really like what she sees.

Chatting to photographers over the intercom at her Camden, London home, Amy expressed her dislike for the show’s judges and some of the contestants too.

Regarding the show’s head judge and producer Simon Cowell, she suggested he’s probably to blame for “everything that’s wrong in the world”, specifically: “I mean he’s the reason that all them hairdressers haven’t taken their pictures out of the window since the Sixties.”

She had even harsher words for Louis Walsh: “What’s the s**t that Louis the fool comes out with? ‘I don’t know why, I don’t like your hair, something was missing tonight, I don’t know what it was.’

“You don’t know s**t[, Louis]. You know what was missing tonight? Your personality, Louis. It’s just a shame.”

She added that Dannii Minogue’s descriptions of people are “so embarrassing” and “Dannii always has to stand up [to be heard], she always has to stand up. You ever noticed that?”

As for the contestants, she dubbed Dannii’s contestant Ruth Lorenzo “fat t*ts” and Cheryl Cole’s Diane Vickers “a joke”: “You know the first time I saw her I thought it was like a half-time show and Avid Merrion was doing it and I thought it was a joke.”

But as for Cheryl herself, Amy insists that she “loves” her and joked that the feeling is clearly mutual: “She fancies me I’m telling you.”

And she also likes 16 year old Eoghan Quigg: “I rang him up and I was like, oh whatever. I bigged him up because he’s supposed to be not confident.”

A source close to Eoghan confirmed the phone call to the Sun: “Amy wants to meet him whether he wins or loses. She’s a massive fan and thinks he’s cute.

“She told him he was doing well in the competition and to keep up all the good work. But she was also insistent that she wanted to meet up when he wasn’t rehearsing - and Eoghan was up for it.”
