Gwyneth Paltrow’s marriage troubles as she befriends another man, claims source

Gwyneth Paltrow has fuelled new rumours of marital problems after spending the weekend in Miami with another man.

On Friday night, Gwyneth attended the relaunch of the Fontainebleau resort in Miami beach at the special request of its owner Jeff Soffer and a source told the New York Post: “Gwyneth flew down privately at the behest of Jeff Soffer.

“[At the opening event, a Victoria’s Secret fashion show, she] remained closed off in a private section and hung out with Soffer and Madonna paramour Alex Rodriguez.

“She was very, very thin. She looked stressed out. And she certainly didn’t act like a happily married woman.”

Afterwards Soffer is said to have given Gwyneth a private tour of the refurbished hotel and the pair spent Saturday together on his yacht, with friend Kate Hudson.

The source told the newspaper that the Iron Man actress barely spending any time with husband Chris Martin: “She spent the summer filming a TV show in Spain with Mario Batali and now, instead of hanging out with her husband, she goes to a Victoria’s Secret show? Really?

“Gwyneth doesn’t have anything to do with Victoria’s Secret. If things were so great with Chris, why wouldn’t she be with him?”

A second source close to the family insists Gwyneth and the couple’s children flew out to see Chris in Dallas on Sunday and a spokesperson told the newspaper: “Jeff Soffer is a friend of Gwyneth.”
