Rachel StevensFormer S Club star Rachel Stevens and dance partner Vincent Simone might have scored a perfect 40 out of 40 on last night’s Strictly Come Dancing but she’s revealed all her dance practise is ruining her sex life.

She told the People newspaper recently that while she’s sexing it up on the dance floor, fiance Alex Bourne isn’t getting to enjoy the benefit of her new moves: “My poor fiance! I am dead when I get in. As soon as my head hits the pillow I am out.

“[I thought] doing the rumba can only enhance my love life, but to be honest I am knackered when I get home.

“I’ve not imposed a sex ban - there’s no need. I just need to sleep.”
