Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse was hospitalised again at the weekend after collapsing at her London home.

According to the Sun, the star went on a “drink and drugs binge” after a phone argument with currently-rehabbing husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

A source told the newspaper: “They had a screaming row [on Saturday]. She was beside herself after the call - and she just totally lost it.

“[She began drinking and] it didn’t stop until she was on the floor on Sunday.

“She has ended up in hospital a few times after similar drink and drugs related seizures. If she carries on, one of these incidents will be her last.”

Amy’s spokesperson confirmed she was taken to hospital but, as with previous visits, insists it was because of a “bad reaction to the combination of medication she has currently been prescribed”.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “Amy is on a drug replacement programme and has had bad reactions to her medication before. Doctors want to sort out why this is happening.”

Blake is currently in treatment - at Amy’s expense - at a medical facility in Surrey, as part of his early release from jail. At the weekend, the News of the World reported that Amy had told friends the couple’s marriage was over.

In related news, Blake’s appeal to have his twenty-seven month jail sentence reduced was rejected by the High Court in London yesterday. Blake’s mum Georgette Civil and close friend Sophie Schandorff supported Blake during the unsuccessful court appearance.
