madonna and guy ritchieMadonna is reportedly removing anything that reminds her of soon-to-be ex-husband Guy Ritchie from the London home they shared.

After the first stage of the couple’s divorce was rushed through last month, the couple’s marriage is expected to be officially decreed over before the end of the year - but Madonna is said to not be wasting any time in erasing him from her life.

A source told the Mirror that she’s told staff to “remove all photographs of the pair of them, leaving only the ones featuring Guy with the children.

“The joint answering machine message has been replaced with a neutral one [and] many of the presents Guy gave her have been packed up.”

The family were primarily based out of London throughout their eight year marriage but also had homes in Wiltshire - a country estate which Guy has been awarded in the separation - and homes in the US. Madonna has not returned to the UK since their separation was announced in October as she has been completing the North American leg of her Sticky & Sweet Tour.

The source added that Guy, who is currently filming Sherlock Holmes in the north-west, is expected to do a similar cleansing of their Wiltshire estate: “For his part, Guy doesn’t even want to discuss Madonna. Things are turning ugly.”
