The Hills’ Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt arrived back in Los Angeles from their elopement and honeymoon in Mexico.

The couple held a secret wedding ceremony in Cabo San Lucas but will have to exchange their vows again in the US for the marriage to be legal.
