Alex CurranWAG Alex Curran has said she and husband Steve Gerrard have a hectic Christmas planned between their family commitments and Steven’s need to train for Liverpool’s Boxing Day match against Bolton.

She told the Sunday Mirror: “I’m going to my mum’s for Christmas. It’s all a big rush because we have to get up early so that Steven gets to see the kids [daughter Lily and Lexie].

“Then he’ll come to my Mum’s, then go to his Mum’s, then go to his Dad’s, then go training.

“Lily, who’s four, is excited although Lexie, two, doesn’t really know what’s going on yet. They do get spoilt at Christmas - it’s all about High School Musical this year.”

Steven bought Alex a Mercedes last Christmas but has her hopes on a new designer luggage set this year: “The one I use now is ripped and the zip’s gone. I want these Prada leopard print cases I’ve seen.”
