Kym MarshCoronation Street’s Kym Marsh has revealed she and boyfriend Jamie Lomas are expecting a baby.

In a joint statement released yesterday, they confirmed that Kym is three months pregnant: “We are delighted to be able to announce that we are having a baby.

“All our family and friends are very excited at the prospect of a new arrival next summer.”

Kym and Hollyoaks star Jamie first met on the train to the TV Quick Awards in London last year but they only got together after after Kym split from husband Jack Ryder in March this year. They now live together in Warrington with Kym’s thirteen year old son David and ten year old daughter Emily from a previous relationship.

Kym recently revealed she was already thinking of marrying Jamie but they’re likely to have a low-key ceremony abroad instead of a lavish celebrity-packed event.
