amy winehouseAmy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder Civil is reportedly planning to demand £1million from the star in exchange for his silence.

Amy and Blake are said to be on the verge of divorce after a year apart, while Blake has been in jail for assault and perverting the course of justice. He was originally scheduled for release later this month but was instead released early last month on the condition that he underwent a rehab programme and obeyed a curfew. However, after breaking the conditions of his parole - believed to be failing a drug test, Blake was sent back to jail this week and is now expected to remain in jail for his full sentence - meaning he’s unlikely to be released until 2010.

Amy is said to be in talks with divorce lawyers and a source told the News of the World that her dad Mitch Winehouse has offered Blake £50,000 to walk away from the marriage.

The source explained Mitch made the offer over the phone to Blake during his rehab stint - but he refused to discuss it, saying: “If Amy wants to divorce I need to hear it from Amy - not you.

“You’re organising your daughter’s divorce settlement and she doesn’t know anything about it. I’m not going to discuss anything with you.”

The source explained that Blake is lying when he says he’s not interested in Amy’s money: “That’s all pretence - Blake has asked Amy’s manager for £1million to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it.

“He’s so two-faced. He just wants a pay-off. Money’s his driving force.

“Mitch’s £50,000 offer was an insult. Amy’s worth £10 million and Blake’s her husband. He’s entitled to at least £3 million after all he’s been through with her.”

Amy and Blake married in a quickie ceremony in Florida in May 2007, just two months after reconciling following a year long split. The separation inspired Amy’s hit album ‘Back to Black’ and she has repeated dedicated songs to “Blake incarcerated” at gigs this year.
