Beyonce KnowlesBeyonce Knowles has revealed that her relationship with husband Jay-Z can be something of a “power struggle”.

The couple, who married in April, both have their own careers and fortunes (an estimated £100million between them), and their busy work schedules mean there has to be a lot of compromises.

But she told Elle magazine that the “power struggles” make the relationship work: “If I didn’t respect someone, and they didn’t have that strength, then I would be bored.

“I wouldn’t be attracted to them.”
