Cor, there are a lot of big films coming out in the US in the next week. Everyone is doing their best to get those Oscar nods and conquer the Christmas box office - so all the publicity machines are cranked up to 11.

As well as Tom Cruise pimping Valkyrie, Revolutionary Road, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Marley & Me are all out on Christmas Day, while Jim Carrey’s Yes Man is out in the US on Friday and the UK on Boxing Day.

Jim popped down to chat to Jay Leno last night about life in the Carrey household as a child then about how his film is so good he can promote it in his sleep.
