Angelina Jolie and Brad PittAngelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have denied rumours they’ve signed a $200million pre-nuptial agreement.

According to Star magazine, the couple signed the deal to protect their property rights, financial assets and, most importantly, detail what will happen to their six children in the case of a split.

A source claiming to be close to Brad told the magazine: “he wants a prenup in place that spells out everything - their finances, their property and who will raise their children in case something happens.

“[With the agreement, Brad wants everything to be] neat and tidy. Angelina is more of a free spirit [and worries] that deep down Brad may still harbour doubts.”

A spokesperson for Angelina has said “there is no truth” in the story but other sources close to the couple insist it’s “crazy” to think they “haven’t got something in place”: “It might not be a pre-nup but as responsible parents, they’ll have some arrangement in place to look after their children if something happens to either their relationship or, even worse, if they die.”
