emma watsonEmma Watson has said she can’t really comprehend the wealth she’s built up from the Harry Potter films - but likes that it means she’ll never have to do anything just to earn some money.

The actress, who was cast in the fantasy series at the age of nine, is estimated to have made more than £10million from the films - but only got access to her cash when she turned 18 in April this year. She is said to have bought a £1million ski chalet in France but between clothing deals and everything, she’s barely touched the rest of her fortune.

She explained recently: “The wealth side of it hasn’t hit me yet because I have no need for money in my life [at the moment].

“[But it means] my life will not be motivated by money.

“I will never do a film because they’re going to pay me a certain amount of money.

“It’s liberating. It means I can hopefully make great choices.”
